Insurance

Ocular Prosthetics is a contracted provider to nearly every Health Plan, HMO, Independent Physician
Associations (IPA), and Preferred Provider Option (PPO) in our service areas. We are also Medicare and MediCal
approved, and provide complete billing services for patients with this health insurance coverage.
|

In addition, we provide service to members of California children’s Services (C.C.S.), Victims of Violent Crimes
(V.V.C.), and Kaiser.
|
|
Patients and their families are most welcome to seek our assistance with insurance issues, no matter who the Insurance
provider is. Our staff is able to research Insurance benefits and coverage for most patients by contacting their insurance
provider for them.
